Abstract
The European Commission has awarded the contract for the European network of legal experts in gender equality and non-discrimination to the consortium of Migration Policy Group (MPG), Utrecht University and Human European Consultancy.
The new network is a follow-up to our current European Network of Legal Experts in the Non-Discrimination Field and the European Network of Legal Experts in the Field of Gender Equality, managed by Utrecht University. The Equality Law Network provides the European Commission with independent information and advice on relevant developments throughout the EU Member States, EFTA / EEA and candidate countries. Through national and thematic reporting, as well as the publishing of several comparative analyses and law reviews, the network provides up-to-date information on issues and circumstances across these countries

Prof. Lisa Waddington  is the senior expert for non-discrimination on the ground of disability within the network
