Recent outreach activities ER11 (Leonhard den Hertog)

TRANSMIC postdoctoral researcher Leonhard den Hertog recently participated in the Annual Conference of the International Association for the Study of Forced Migration (IAFSM) in Poznan, Poland, from 12-15 July 2016. He chaired a panel entitled ‘Forced migration: law and policy’ and presented a paper entitled ‘The role of international organisations in EU external funding instruments on migration, borders and asylum’.
Leonhard also participated in the Advisory Board and final policy meeting of the EU-FP7 funded research project ‘Arab Transformations’ coordinated by the University of Aberdeen. The meeting took place in Brussels on 8 September 2016.
